Due to staffing issues, a shortage of substitutes, and approaching adverse winter weather, there will be no school or activities in the Harrisburg School District tomorrow, Friday, January 14th. At this time, Saturday activities will go on as planned.
The District has been experiencing a shortage of substitutes. We would encourage anyone interested in subbing to contact the District Office.
A reminder there will be no school on Monday, January 17th.

Due to the predicted winter storm tomorrow, there will be no school tomorrow, Friday, December 10th. All activities are canceled. There will be no before or after-school childcare.
Our Freedom PTO will be hosting a movie night in the gym next Friday, December 17th! Don't forget your blankets or lawn chairs and a few bucks for concessions. We hope to see you there!

A special thank you to our PTO for bringing in the Great Plains Zoomobile! The presenter brought in 4 different animals from the zoo and taught our learners about their habitats and senses. They even got to pet a snake!

Derek has been teaching Cohort C about sign language since early September. Each week on Word Wednesday, he reviews previously taught words and teaches 3 to 5 new words in sign language. The cohort then practices signing those words. He has taught over 30 words to the cohort!
