This first grader in Mrs. Ruden's showed what it means to be kind, considerate, and flexible. When something felt like a big deal to a friend, he adjusted, put them first, and happily moved on. A wholesome reminder that not everything has to be a big deal! #GoodNewsCallOfTheDay

I am thrilled to share that our very own Mrs. Christina Berger was just announced as the 2027 South Dakota Teacher of the Year! We couldn't be happier for Mrs. Berger & so grateful for ALL she pours into our kids and community! She will represent Harrisburg & South Dakota well!

THRILLED to recognize this young lady for her kindness and leadership! When Ms. Mann was working with another learner, she stepped up to help a classmate who needed help with his learning. LOVE when our learners SEE others and take care of each other! #GoodNewsCallOfTheDay

#GoodNewsCalloftheDay This young man leads by example every day: sharing materials, being a great classmate, and choosing to do math work when he finishes early. Quiet leadership, big impact. Way to go!

Mrs. Enebo was so impressed with this young man's compassion with a classmate! When he noticed the peer was struggling to appreciate his work, he stepped up and was a HYPE machine! Just what the doctor ordered! Fun to share with Mom for today's. #GoodNewsCallOfTheDay

This young lady had an incredibly human moment and stepped in to check in on a staff member after a frustrating experience at breakfast. Awesome to see such empathy & kindness in our young leaders!! #GoodNewsCallOfTheDay

I was FLOORED to get a message from a colleague at last Friday night's football game sharing how these gentlemen were going above and beyond picking up garbage in their area. Talk about servant leadership! Fun to share the news with their parents! #GoodNewsCallOfTheDay

Mr. Jordan was incredibly impressed with this young man expressing his passion for math with peers. During math today, he let his "math nerd" shine talking through divisions strategies. LOVE seeing our learners share their passions!! #GoodNewsCallOfTheDay
