This young man was nominated by Mrs. Feeldy for #GoodNewsCalloftheDay! He puts forth his best effort in all he does, staying focused on the task in front of him. He is willing to coach and help others when needed in math. I can count on him to be a kind friend to all!

This young lady was nominated for the #goodnewscalloftheday by Mrs. Ling. She took a mini-lesson and used it for her independent Math time. She then gave examples of what she learned, demonstrating her understanding and knowledge.

This young man was nominated by Mr. Larson for the #goodnewscalloftheday because he sets a great example for others by his behavior and meeting expectations. He works hard, strives for accuracy, and is a great friend to others in his studio.

We’ve had a great start to the school year here at Journey! After 2 full weeks of school, this is our Lost and Found for masks. Please make sure you stop by the table in the foyer to check them out if you recognize one. No school on Monday for Labor Day – enjoy the long weekend!

This young lady slowed down to make sure one of our Middle Learners had someone to walk out to the playground this afternoon– she is spreading smiles all around her Cohort with her acts of kindness. #goodnewscalloftheday #proudprincipal

This young man is making good choices for his learning and persisting during class. When things don't come easy for him.. he stays later to finish his work and asks questions when he doesn't understand. #goodnewscalloftheday

This young man did and awesome job being a good role model during lunch today. His mom was thrilled to hear he received the #goodnewscalloftheday. All of Cohort A Olders have been leading by example for the rest of the learners in the Cohort.

Mrs. Jensen nominated this young lady for the #goodnewscalloftheday. She is being a great leader by providing examples how to follow directions quickly and quietly for her peers. She has been modeling awesome hand washing for her friends to help keep Journey safe and healthy

Congratulations to this young lady for being our first #goodnewscalloftheday this school year. Mrs. Ling reported that she has been going out of her way to help her neighbors and being a good leader in the room.
