
Humphrey stopped by Mr. Nour's house for a nice chat on Monday!



We've been reading Humphrey the Hamster at Journey! Last night, Humphrey had a fun sleepover with Roxy Haar, our head custodian who keeps Journey clean!


Mr. S. was thrilled to have Humphrey come for a visit last night! While he was there, Humphrey gave the kids some pretty good advice!


All of Mrs. Feeldy's class was nominated for the #GoodNewsCallOfTheDay! A staff member noticed their 'super-sonic quiet' and straight line down the hall to specials! Way to keep up the good work setting a great example for the younger learners at Journey!

Mrs. Ling nominated this young man the #GoodNewsCallOfTheDay for doing a great job following routines in the room and joining group activities without being asked.

Have a Kindergartner or Junior Kindergartner? There will be NO School for Kindergartners on March 26th as Kindergarten teachers work on Kindergarten Assessments.

This young man was nominated for the #GoodNewsCallOfTheDay for showing respect and kindness during the Pledge of Allegiance. He quietly walked over to another learner to show him where to place his hand for the Pledge of Allegiance and discreetly went back to his seat.

This young lady was nominated for the #GoodNewsCallOfTheDay by Mrs. Honner for working on using her time wisely and staying on task. She was reaching for a goal and reached it this week!

This young lady had a classmate write a letter informing me that she is so thankful for her classmate who is nice, loving, and a kind friend to those around her. Mrs. Gravning thought this was a great description of her and she is well deserving of the #GoodNewsCallOfTheDay.

This young man was nominated for the #GoodNewsCallOfTheDay by Mrs. Bauer for his persistence in reading. He stays engaged during small group reading times, participates, questions, shares insight, and uses letter and sound knowledge to attack words to the best of his ability.
