
Journey 4th grade learners went back in time visiting the Old Courthouse Museum. They were exposed to three traditional ways of life in early South Dakota. After the programs, they learned about toys in the past along with one of the favorites, the WWI exhibit.

Mrs. Parmenter nominated this young lady for #goodnewscalloftheday for her dedication to work towards her instructional goals of improving her NWEA score and setting an action step of working 15 min. each night on Kahn Academy. We are excited to see her hard work paying off.

As part of their unit on Polyhedraโs learners used a 3D Pen to build a Cube, Dodecahedron & Octahedron.

This young lady did an awesome job of calming another learner down this morning. She was being kind and listening so someone else could have a productive start to their school day. Her mom was thrilled to receive the #goodnewscalloftheday and share this with her this morning.

Mrs. Feeldy nominated this young man for #goodnewscalloftheday. He persisted today through technical difficulties with his voice and choice, got it done and passed it. Then managed to work hard and successfully pass TWO mastery checks. We are super proud of his great effort.
