100K+ #schoolcounselors provide students with academic, college/career and
social/emotional development. Bottom line: school counselors are helping
students win. This week we celebrate them. Happy #NSCW2020!

I had an awesome time with this young man as @HLibertyElem #PrincipalForADay! He has a lot of energy and his passion for serving people was very evident! Appreciate the help, Mr. Plaine!

Mrs. Ruden was blown away last week by this young man’s manners & kindness! He gave his teacher a very thoughtful complement & went out of his way to help another learner in his class! #GoodNewsCalloftheDay

Mrs. Halvorson was so excited to see how dialed in this young man was during JA this week! He was incredibly attentive, engaged & respectful! #GoodNewsCalloftheDay

These young ladies have gone above & beyond helping out at recess in the morning. Ms. Bruhn shared they are helping keep kids off the ice, bringing kids in who need to see the nurse, etc. Their willingness to help & endless kindness have been appreciated! #GoodNewsCallOfTheDay

@MeganKockx2 went on and on (literally 😉) about this young man and all that he’s added to their classroom community! He is a hard worker, kind, thoughtful, dependable, etc. Fun to share with mom for today’s #GoodNewsCallOfTheDay

Our school had an awesome time coming together this afternoon to celebrate Mrs. A (Mrs. Aseltine), Harrisburg's Classified Employee of the Year! There are not enough words to describe Mrs. A, but here are a few: Kind, Humble, Servant, Selfless, Patient, Loving, Giving & Generous! Our community is better because of Mrs. A and her giving heart! Congratulations! #LibertyPride

Mrs. Halvorson was so impressed with this young man’s initiative. Yesterday in art, he took the lead with a table demonstration helping some of the learners in his class work on some different skills. Grateful for Mrs. Secor giving him this opportunity! #GoodNewsCallOfTheDay

Congratulations to the Harrisburg School District Teacher of the Year, Tamra Huffman, and Classified Employee of the Year, Julie Aseltine. Thank you for your dedication to our learners and school district! #TigerProud 🐾
